段文勇，男，博士、研究生、副教授。江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师，江苏省“333高层次人才工程”第三层次培养对象，江苏省科技副总，江苏省科技镇长团荣誉团员。

从事自动化专业本科生及能源动力研究生课程教学，主要课程有《计算方法》、《Matlab仿真》、《矩阵论》，参编教材1部。指导本科生学科竞赛获省级以上奖项20余项，指导本科生获江苏省优秀毕业设计，指导硕士研究生7人，已毕业3人，获校优秀硕士论文、优秀硕士毕业生1人。主持完成国家自然科学基金（青年项目）、江苏省自然科学基金（青年项目）、江苏省高校自然科学基金（面上项目）、江苏省产学研指导项目、横向项目等共计10余项，发表SCI、EI等收录期刊论文30余篇。科研成果获市厅级学术成果奖三等奖、科技进步奖二等奖，淮海科技进步奖三等奖，江苏省机械工业科学技术奖三等奖，盐城工学院创新创业大赛三等奖等。
